I keep getting a firewall error and Windows firewall is turned OFF. I don't have service pack 3 installed, would that make a difference? (I heard there were problems with media center 2005 and service Pack 3 so I didnt want to mess with my settings on an old computer). The Xbox is a wired connection, the other extender is a wireless connection. I have another media center extender that used to work fine.but we did change routers recently to a Linksys E2000.
